MONDAYS

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Junior (Age 7 – 9)

6:35 pm – 7:50 pm Intermediate (Age 10 – 13)

7:55 pm – 9:30 pm Senior (Age 14+)

WEDNESDAYS

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Beginner/Novice (Age 4 – 6)

6:35 pm – 7:45 pm Modern (Age 7 – 9)

7:45 pm – 9:15 pm Adult (30+)

THURSDAYS

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Junior (Age 7 – 9)

6:35 pm – 7:50 pm Intermediate (Age 10 – 13)

7:55 pm – 9:30 pm Senior (Age 14+)

FEES

Season runs from September to May

Novice – $400 / year

Beginner – $400 / year

Junior – $550 / year

Intermediate – $575 / year

Senior – $600 / year

Adult – $475 / year

Modern – $475 / year

OTHER FEES**

$75 Costume Deposit, returned at the end of the season.

Liability Waiver

Physical activities such as dance and musical theater can carry a risk of injury to participants. I herby release Yatran Dance Academy Association of any liability whatsoever arising out of any injury, damage or loss which may be sustained by myself, my minor children or any other family members, during the course of involvement with Yatran Dance Academy . I assume all the forgoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damage following such injury, permanent disability or death. this includes activities held in any studio or performance location during lessons, classes, performances or rehearsals and during any other activities sponsored by Yatran Dance Academy Association.

Medical Release

In the event of an emergency, I give permission for Yatran Dance Academy Association staff to authorize necessary medical treatment by a licensed physician for my child/ myself, without personal liability, if I am unable to contacted in a timely manner.

Photo & Video Release

We are asking permission to be allowed to take pictures and/ or videos of your child/ you to show the community the success of our programs. Your right to privacy is taken very seriously and as such we will use children names upon parent approval as well as limit any personal information being shared. These photos and videos may be used for newspaper, newsletter, display boards, website and other public information. I herby give permission for photographs and/ or videos to be taken of my children/ myself for the purpose of the promotion of Yatran Dance Academy Association and its programs

Costume Policy

Costumes be defined is any element of performance clothing worn by a dancer including/ but no limited to dress, waistcoat, trousers, shoes, headwear and make-up owned by Yatran Dance Academy Association might be rented to dancers. The renter is fully responsible to maintain them in good condition and return of all pieces of the costume by the end of school year.
